Change of study and transfer

There are often many thoughts and considerations associated with a change of study. Therefore, we always recommend that you contact a student counsellor if you are considering changing study or transferring.

Transfer

In order to transfer to another institution you must have passed the first year of educational elements as organized at the new institution, unless special circumstances apply. Furthermore, you must meet any grade requirements and there has to be an available study place.

If your application for transfer is approved, all passed educational elements will be transferred to the new institution. The same goes for any used exam attempts, statements regarding completed or incompleted internships, periods of enrolment and any other relevant information regarding your enrolment.

If you have not yet passed the first year of study, you can apply for admission through www.optagelse.dk. Your application will then be processed on equal terms with all other applications for admission that year.
